The Conference fees cover the Conference Dossier and the Proceedings, refreshments and coffees during Conference Breaks and the Conference Dinner

The Conference fees include:
- Participation to the Conference
- The Conference Dossier
- The Conference Proceeding (to be published shortly after the Conference)
- Refreshments, Coffee and Meals during the breaks
- The Conference Dinner
The fee for any accompanying person is
30 € . Accompanying persons may attend the Conference presentations and may participate to the above-mentioned social events.
The Registration Fees may be paid either during the on site Registration or with Early Registration. Early Registration payment may be done:
Through payment to the Bank account: National Bank of Greece account number 460-517459-77 with the mention of the name of the participant to the conference.
Through the Travel Agency
Sbokos Tours if you use their services for your travel arrangements.
If you chose early registration please send an
e-mail to the Organizing Committee quoting relevant details.
A copy of the receipt or other proof of payment will be necessary in order to obtain your conference folder.
Travel arrangements and accommodation in
Rethymno is the responsibility of the participants. Ask your travel agent. You may also use the travel agency:

There is a limited possibility of funding post-graduate students who will present their work to the Conference. Interested students must send an application
on time accompanied by a/proof of being post-graduate students and b/a recommendation letter.
