Procedures for Registration

Registration may be effected in one of the following ways:

On site registration.

It is possible to register during the (beginning of) the Conference. However, this option has disadvantages (see Conference fees) and it should be chosen only in case of very good reasons. Even then, we strongly advise to make prior arrangements contacting the Local Organizing Committee.

Pre-registration. The following steps must be completed:

• Download and fill in the registration form in Microsoft Word 2003^© .doc or in Adobe Acrobat^© .pdf.

• Pay the registration fee. The registration fee may be payed either:
  • By bank transfer free of any bank commission (see details in the registration form),
  • By credit card (see details in the registration form),
  
  
• e-Mail the registration form and a (scanned) copy of the payment to the Local Organizing Committee.

Through Sbokos Tours

If you use the services of Sbokos Tours you may also be able to pre-register through them.Their coordinates are:

• Bear in mind that even if you qualify for a free attendance to the Conference you should pre-register in order to have all the benefits (see Conference fees).

• All succesfull registrations will be aknowledged within the next 5 days. If you do not receive an aknowledgement please inquiry with the Local Organizing Committee
