Conference Program delay.

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee I would like to apologize for the delay to announce the Conference Program. It is due to the fact that some participants have asked an extension to submit their papers in the final form.

I take this opportunity to remind all colleagues to send within the agreed period their papers. Otherwise they risk:

• their papers not be included in the paper proceedings,
• the Conference program to be concluded without the inclusion of their work
